6:30-7:30pm Beginner Pilates

9-10am - Water Aerobics
11-12pm - Step Aerobics
11-12pm - Senior Open Swim
5:30 - 6:30pm - FITT Kids Ages 6-12
6:30 - 7:15pm - Cycling (STARTS IN NOVEMBER!)
 
Wednesday:
9-10 - Water Aerobics
11-12pm - Senior Strength & Stretch
5:30 - 6:30pm - Cardio Kickboxing
5:30 - 6:30pm - Hip-Hop Cardio
6:30 - 7:30pm - Water Aerobics
 
Thursday:
9-10 - Water Aerobcis
11-12 - Cardio X-training
11-12pm - Senior Open Swim
6:30-7:15 - Cycling (STARTS IN NOVEMBER)

Saturday:
10-12 - Adult Fitness Orientation (First Saturday of every Month)
1-3pm - Youth Strength Certification (ages 12-16; First Saturday of every month)
