SENIOR FITNESS PROGRAM

Senior Strength & Stretch-

Gets older members moving and feel better.  Class is divided into three segments:
low-impact Aerobics, followed by a toning segment and ends with a relaxing stretch. 
Classes meet Mon, Wed & Fri. 10am-11am.
 
Senior Swim-

Our older members enjoy this quiet session in our warm pool.  With up to 6 wide lap lanes and a large
shallow area, there's plenty of room for laps or water walking. 

Classes meet Tues & Thurs. 11:00-12:00pm
