YOUTH & CHILDREN FITNESS PROGRAMS

Weight Training Certification-

Class is held the first Sat. of every month from 1-3pm.  Youths ages 12-16
learn about the major muscle groups and how to get a safe, effective workout.
 
FITT Kids-

Ages 6-12 meets twice weekly during the school year to learn about the body,

how to stay fit and to develop better skills & sportsmanship.

(Cycling, in preparation to ride in a parade and participate in Superior Bike Fest)

June-July Schedule ~ Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm
  
Dance Classes-

We currently offer a strong dance program
Beginner Ballet (ages 4-8) students will learn basic positions & routines. 

 June-July Schedule ~ Wed. 5-5:45pm

Intermediate Ballet (ages 9-13)  is for the older, more advanced ballerinas. 

 June-July Schedule ~ Thurs  5-6pm

Hip-Hop Cardio (ages 12-up) Popular with the teen population, learn new & exciting dance moves.

FREE! Every Wed. 6-7pm

JAZZ Elements (ages 8-16) Students learn modern dance moves. 

June-July Schedule~ Sat.  5:30-6:30pm

Dance Classes are offered at a rate of $40 for Members, $60 for Non-members
