Indoor Track-
the 'W' offers a specially designed indoor walking/running track which has a non-slip, shock absorbing surface that creates a more comfortable workout during cold weather or rain. Each corner of the track is a circuit with a different activity. Alternating laps with performing corner activities will provide a total body workout.
Weight Room-
The spacious strength facility has older, but solid Nautilus equipment for a full body workout, including leg press, cable machine, military press leg extension, hamstring curl, calf raise and many others.
Cardio Room-
Includes 3 treadmills, Elliptical, recumbent bikes, rowing & step machines for a great fat-burning workout.
Senior Gym-
This room is dedicated to raising the fitness levels of our Senior population. It is on the ground floor so there are no steps to endure. Warm and well lit with hardwood flooring, it is ideal for low-impact aerobic activities. It is also used for Ballet classes.
Kinder Gym-
Is a safe place for children to play while their parents exercise. With a mat floor, a bouncy castle and ball pit, kids love to visit!
Swimming Pool-
The largest aquatics complex in the UP. The pool is kept warmer than most and has 6 lap lanes- 4 of which are available at all times. Two diving boards and a water slide ensure our visitors have lots of fun.
Air Force Museum-
Come learn a little history about the former Air Force base & area flight activity. Retired military personnel will be happy to show you around.
Game Room-
The 'W' has pool, ping pong and fuzball tables that provide hours of fun & safe activity.
Gym 1 & 2-
Large gymnasiums provide space for basketball, volleyball, martial arts and tournaments. Ask about rental fees for your next event.
Locker Rooms-
Newly renovated areas in mens & womens. Both have saunas to relax in.
Meeting Rooms-
The 'W' has a Great Room and a Multi-purpose Room, both can be rented for special events. Baby showers, birthday parties business meetings, study groups, etc. can meet for a reasonable facility fee. The Multi-Purpose Room has it's own kitchen & bathroom area.
