Program Descriptions for Fitness Classes

Cardio Kickboxing-

develop better balance, form and strength while getting heart-strengthening exercise.  Includes Taebo and aerobic elements for a challenging workout 

 

Cardio Mixer-

This fun weekend class will keep you on your toes and incorporate several heart-strengthening fitness elements.  Don't be bored, change it up.

 

Hip-Hop Cardio-

Learn fun and exciting modern dance moves that will raise your heart rate & burn fat.

 

Interval Cardio & Abs-

Incorporates hi-lo aerobic elements for a heart-strengthening workout that will builld cardio-respiratory endurance.  Ends with a 15 minute Abdominal workout.

 

Pilates-

Enjoy a challenging, but slower pace workout that strengthens core muscles and lengthens the muscles.

 

Senior Strength & Stretch-

Get moving and feel better.  Class is divided into three segments: low-impact Aerobics, followed by a strength building segement and ends with stretch.

 

Sculpt & Tone-

A session that streamlines the body and tones major muscle groups for an improved appearance.

 

Yoga-

Gain flexibility and muscle tone.  Combines deep-breathing & stretching elements that help promote over-all wellness.

All of the classes are FREE for Members & cost $5.00 for Non-Members.
