Adult Fitness Orientation

Learn to use equipment safely and exercise effectively. 

Members may attend Fitness Orientation FREE.  Non-Members cost is $10

(Private orientation can be arranged for $15)

OFFERED: First Saturday of every month @ 10:00-12:00pm

 

Youth Strength Training Certification

This training is geared especially for 12-17 year olds. 

In order to use the cardio equipment and weight room, youth 12-17yrs old must complete this training and certification.  You will receive a card indicating your participation in the training and

gain the privilege to use the exercise area.

This class includes learning about the body, how to get an efficient workout using strength & cardio equipment.

Members may attend Class for FREE.  Non-Members cost is $5

(Private Certification Course available for $15)

OFFERED: First Saturday of every month @ 1:00-1:30pm

 

One-Time Fitness/Weight-loss Consultation

For those who already exercise, but would like professional advice. 

Spend 1 hour with a Trainer to learn new techniques for enhanced results. 

1 consult per month is recommended (must be scheduled in advance

COST $25

 

Personal Training Package Deal

Includes Detailed Health Assessment/Customized Program-

12 bi-weekly, 1.5 hr sessions (only $20 per session) for 6 weeks.

Trainer closely monitors client during workout.

Re-assessment is done upon completion of the 6 wks.

COST $340 (8 week membership included with package)

Client then has the option to continue another session -

which is $240, with a $30 re-assessment fee every 6 wks.

 

Personal Training - Pay Per Session

Detailed Health Assessment/Customized Program-

12 bi-weekly, 1.5 hr sessions.  ($25 per session) $50 re-assessment fee

Fee at the end of every 6 wks session

COST $50 (8 week membership included with 6 wks session purchased)

 

 

Personal Coaching/Sport-Specific Training

Includes Health Assessment & Program Design.

Personal Coach is available to meet 1 hr, once a week to look over diet & exercise logs and make recommendations.  Any youth participating in Middle-High school sports should consider this program. 

Youth can increase their chances for quality performance and

decrease their likelihood for injury through personal strength and fitness training

Will take you to the next level & help you stay motivated!

COST $200 for 6 wks

 

Health/Fitness Assessment

Includes Weight & Measurements, Body Composition, BMI, BMR, Blood Pressure, Cardio, Strength & Flexibility tests. Food & Exercise Log analysis & Wellness Advice.

By appointment ONLY

Comfortable clothing & shoes MUST BE WORN.
